Bed and breakfast
All our rooms have an ensuite bathroom, TV, WiFi, and a tea and coffee tray.
All rooms share wonderful views over the garden, the town and towards the distant hills of Salisbury Plain.
Although only a short walk from the centre of Bradford on Avon, all of our rooms are very quiet. We try and give our guests a choice of rooms when they arrive. If you have a specific room preference do let us know and we will try and make that available.
The Flower Room.
Kind sized double, with a window seat to sit and enjoy the views! The bath is large with a high pressure shower over.
Mrs Bruce’s Room.
Super king double which can alternatively be made up as twin beds. This room also has a small private sitting room, ideal if your partner is an insomniac who likes to get up and read another chapter of their book at 3am! Large bath with a gravity fed shower.
Sue’s Room.
Standard 4ft 6 double, with walk-in powered shower.
Chinese Room.
King sized double with bath.
Indian Room.
Our largest room with twin beds and bath.

Double/twin room Bed and Breakfast:
One night £160
Two + nights £135
Single occupancy £110
Dinner, by arrangement, available for bookings of at least 6, £35pp
For a small extra charge we can put an extra bed in some of our rooms.
During busy summer months we do not usually take single night bookings for Saturday nights
We accept cash, sterling cheques, bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard if necessary.
